Terms of Service

- Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of ReturningPoint’s Conversational AI Concierge, AI Chat, AI Voice, AI Video, AI Twin, automation, consulting, integration, and optimization services. - Services
ReturningPoint provides AI-powered customer engagement solutions including website AI Concierges, voice agents, SMS/MMS integrations, CRM integrations, knowledge-base training, analytics, and ongoing optimization. - Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate business information, maintain rights to all uploaded content, obtain all required permissions and consents, and review AI-generated responses for accuracy. - Acceptable Use
Services may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, harmful, or fraudulent purposes, including impersonation, unauthorized collection of personal data, or creation of misleading AI content. - Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of their business content and branding. ReturningPoint retains ownership of its software, prompts, workflows, methodologies, deployment techniques, and proprietary implementations. - Fees
Setup fees, recurring subscriptions, consulting fees, and optional services are governed by each executed proposal or service agreement. Fees are due according to the agreed payment schedule. - Privacy
ReturningPoint processes customer information solely to provide contracted services and will use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect customer information. - AI Disclaimer
AI responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers remain responsible for reviewing information before relying on it for business, legal, medical, financial, or safety-related decisions. - Third-Party Services
Integrations with CRMs, SMS platforms, websites, payment providers, calendars, and other third-party services remain subject to those providers’ terms and availability. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReturningPoint shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Services. - Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Outstanding fees remain payable. - Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement. - Contact
